Terms of Use

Effective October 5, 2026 · Last updated October 5, 2026

By creating or using a Gym Check account, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gym Check. Keep your password and recovery code private, use accurate account information, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

Your content and other members

You keep your rights to content you submit. You give Gym Check permission to store and display it as needed to operate the service and to show shared content to members of the crew you choose. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. Respect other members and their privacy.

Acceptable use and moderation

Do not use Gym Check to threaten, harass, impersonate, spam, or post unlawful or abusive content. You can report content and block accounts. Administrators may review reports, remove access, or suspend accounts when needed to protect the community or the service.

Fitness information

Gym Check is an organizational and accountability tool, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity or exercise is appropriate for you and for seeking qualified advice when needed.

Account deletion and service changes

You can delete your account from Me in the app. Deletion removes your account and personal content from the live service, with the limited anonymized moderation history and encrypted backup retention described in the Privacy Policy. We may change or discontinue features as the service evolves.
